  OK, let's do a logout and restart.   Make sure that this CC desktop application is the same version as mine.

  Go to creative cloud office preferences and log out. It will disable your apps. Restart your Mac for good measure.

  

  You should be asked to sign and I hope this will clear up whatever it be suspended in your old login.

  That also shows updates as appropriate.

  1. uninstall the application Adobe CC of the machine (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)

  2 set to "Full control" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:

  a. [unite_systeme]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\

  b. [system drive]: \Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\

  3. restart the computer.
