I can't connect my iTunes account. Help!

I've recently updated to El Capitan, and now I can't connect to iTunes account on the iTunes app. I click on the button at the top and even try the finder connection dropdown menu and it never works. I have restarted my computer many times and reinstalled iTunes but still nothing. Anyone else having this problem?

Try to sign in with your apple ID to applied.apple.com. Consult your account if the correct password and maybe the apple ID disable it for security reasons. In this case, you should call AppleCare.
