I can't connect to my itunes account, infact it kept sending me an error message (310). How can I solve this

I can't connect to my iTunes account, indeed it kept sending me an error message (310). How can I solve this?

Try this procedure below it can help you!

(1) open Internet Explorer, and you will probably get a message "Poxy server is not responding.

(2) If this is the case, go to "Tools" in the toolbar of browser select 'Internet Options'.

(2) to "I havethe nternet Options"window that appears, click on the tab "connections" at the top.

3) click on 'network settings' at the bottom of the section.

(4) if the "Proxy Server" box is marked with a check, click to uncheck.

5) click 'Ok' to close the window "local area network (LAN) settings".

6) click on 'Ok' to close the 'Internet Options'.

(7) either refresh the page or close and reopen Internet Explorer, it should work now
