Why can't I connect to my windows after I click on my user account, (when I click on my user account he connect on my windows then it return to the Welcome screen). This after my computer infected by some kind of stupid virus. Please give me help. And sorry for my English

I can't download or update any information on the pc that this requires the admin password.
