I can't connect to the creative cloud and download my apps

Yesterday, I bought the teachers edition CC,

I connected and connected to the Behance.

I wanted to download apps, then he let me download first CCdesktop.

I run and connected and synchronized on Behance. But when I tried to click on the applications tab to download apps to make a "No. Internet Connection' appeared in CCdesktop.

2. I rebooted the pc and tried again, same error: no connection internet connection to the CC

3. I used adobe cleaner uninstall ALL previous versions of my adobe, I actually cleaned ALL. The log file shows a few parts and files that could not be deleted. But all the Creative Suite 5 programs have disappeared.

4. I asked the help of online chat also. After an hour of waiting this session help wasn't going anywhere. I'm advised me to use the Firefox browser, although I've tried it on chrome, ie, and opera already. I was advised to remove all cookies in the temporary folders, the chance either. Then the friendly adviser wanted my host file, but I was so hierarchical after 4 hours of trying, I gave up just there.

Now I always try to get creative cloud desktop to connect to the adobe servers, so I can actually download some apps I desperately need now.

I think I found the answer was in the hosts file

I deleted the links adobe.activate buttom and now I finally have access to the applications.

Wish I went to 1 minute with the help of session last night

I hope this helps someone else with the same problems of connecton.

This problem is now fixed, I want to install Apps.
