What does that mean? I use of course authentic product.

The website declined to show this webpage (HTTP 403)

Internet Explorer is able to connect to the Web site, but Internet Explorer does not have permission to view the Web page.

This can happen for various reasons; Here are some of the most common:

The site administrator has to give you permission to view the page or the web server does not accept applications for page.

If there is a site you should have Internet access, contact the site administrator.

The Web page that you are trying to view is generated by a program, such as contains a shopping cart or search engine and the folder on the server, the program is not correctly configured by the site administrator.

You typed a basic web address (for example, www.example.com), but the site doesn't have a default (e.g. index.htm or default.html) Web page.

In addition, the site does not list directories, which allows you to view files in a web folder.

Make sure you have a good address.

If it's a link, it might be obsolete and is no longer available on the Web site.

Y at - it a registry key to check if the current user can install a windows updates? also, what registry key that is used to verify whether a user is an administrator or not. Thank you...

There is no need to check the registry keys to see if you can install updates or not.

You just need to be connected to an administrator account to install the Windows updates.

You can check if you are in an administrator account by trying taks simple administrattor. For example. Try to change the time system.

If you can change the time, you are an administrator; no other.

You must be at Service Pack 3 level before you can use Windows updates.

To determine which service pack is currently installed on your computer, follow these steps:

    1. Click Startand then click run.
    2. Copy and paste, or type the following command, and then click OK:

    winver

A dialog box displays the version of Windows and the service pack that is currently installed on your computer.

If you haven't already done so, you will need to install the SP2 and SP3 (SP1 note no longer exists).

Now when I connect to wifi, my browser instantly request name username-password but windows update is not so. I tried this a few times, only once named windows update displays dialong box asking username and password and it takes hours to do.

How can I configure windows update already if start update already when I connect to the school network.

Wifi authentication which traverse the browser means that you still need to open a browser and a connection that first, before any other programs can access the network.
