  (2) what is the full error message or error code?

  (3) when you receive the error message, it is trying to run the fix it?

I would, however, allow for some more flexibility, such as if there are microsoft updates or antivirus updates, this account is permitted to accept these files. I fear that non-microsoft files such as google or yahoo toolbars settle.

  There is no installation in Windows to allow this, and I can't say I've ever heard an Add on for Windows that would allow this.
