  I have 3 questions :) #.

  1. I burned a copy dvd recovery media, on a laptop A660 k17. There are two partitions on the disk that I think are there for the recovery. The first is 1.46 GB and it's for the recovery and another partition hidden 8.29 GB... and I think that the first contains the Recovery Wizard and the whole environment in which we will get through the repair of the system and the hidden disk contains the actuall with windows data, drivers and so on. Can I remove these two? I ask mainly on the first, if it is not necessary for the system to boot or something after that I have to recover the laptop to the factory setting.

  2 and I also want to leave my partitions so that I don't have to partition the whole drive from C 600 GB again. I have a D drive created but there is this response to a topic already in the forum http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=64754&tstart=90
  who says that when I leave the partitions I created myself, that the recovery will be not available. I have a copy on dvd, but only to make sure no kidding something upward.

  3. when I want a clean system without some software which are preloaded on the oem recovery disk... I have to use windows recovery? or it will be the same as the toshiba one?

  First not, but you can remove the Toshiba recovery partition if you created the recovery DVDs. One day, if you want to install the recovery image once again you can use created the recovery disc.

• Corrupted Movie Maker in Windows 7 32 bit Home Premium, associated with error, and I can't find the files manually to use, uninstall or remove.

  I had Windows Live Essentials Movie Maker installed on my system at some point, but then I continued to see live pop up in the Task Manager and no matter how many times I killed him, he always came back even though I was not using the program, so I uninstalled Windows Essentials 2012 to stop this, and it kept popping up , so I went into the system and manually delete anything with Windows Live in the name of via Explorer and then a bit in the registry. He solved the problem, however, now I would once again use Movie Maker, and then I'm gone on the download site to download Movie Maker, thinking this would reinstall it and I'd be set (other than to have to look at consume resources when closed). I tried to get just Movie Maker, but the windows site told me that I had already installed (I can't find something that he mentions just anywhere), so I found another download Movie Maker, an earlier version, which has installed, but did not have the features that I need, so I uninstalled it, so I thought I would setup the whole Windows/Windows Live Essentials 2012 thinking that can replace bad Windows files detected as a facility, but he did not, he just installed anything ELSE in the software suite and I still haven't Movie Maker. He gave me this error (error: 0 x 80280007) when I tried to redo the installation:

  24/07/2012, I bought Microsoft Office 2010 home and student.  The DVD on my PC wouldn't read the disc to install Office.  I called Microsoft and technology who have downloaded it told me that the driver did not work on the DVD.  I looked at everything on my computer and it all States that everything works correctly.  I need to know how I can find the drivers on my computer.  A search provides all kinds of things to sell to download, but I couldn't find anything to tell me how to locate the drivers.  Is there a way I find them and archive them without having to buy something or to download something that I can see what who and where they are and determine whether any of them are defective?

  The computer can play other DVDs besides the desktop with what drive it is having a problem?  If not, it's a player or a Windows problem.  If Yes, then this particular desktop drive might have a problem (dirty, defective, etc.).  If it turns out to be a disc problem, MS supports will replace him.  http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246

• BSOD flashes for only a microsecond, can not find the way to disable autoreboot without booting properly and may not start successfully

  I get at my wits end here on this one.  This morning my antivirus (AVG) wanted software reboot to continue the installation.  I put it off several times and then finally said ok for her.  Since then, I am not able to boot into Windows (Vista Home Edition, updates are on, it should be whatever the latest version is).  I see a blue microsecond Flash long on my screen after a certain point, each time, but my eyes are not enough fast to handle some error code it gives.

  I currently have four TC - 2095 s connected to the SCXI - 1102c inside an SCXI-1001 chassis cards. These thermocouples are floating and I get a good amount of noise (400 Hz 3 phases and same 60 Hz noise) when we turn on some equipment such as fans, and fans. Using this current set up, how can I filter the noise? Or I would need to put in place a new hardware configuration (e.g., the SCXI-1102 cards)?

  Hi RALoo,

  The 1102 C has a lowpass filter with a cutoff at 10 kHz frequency, so you will not be able to filter into the material with your current configuration.

  Your first option is to use a software filter.  LabVIEW has several functions that do this. More information can be found here: http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361J-01/lvanls/filter_vis/

  The second option would be to change to SCXI 1102 cards as you suggest.  The low-pass filter of the 1102 was a cut-off adjustable to 2 Hz frequency, which will stop the noise of 400 and 60 Hz don't affect your readings.

However, it still requires access to the internet, which I did not (hence the reason for the wireless card). Any suggestions?
