  Share names are kept in the system hive, not in the user hive. You can remove them as follows:

  1 log in under an administrator account.

  2. click on the start planet.

  3. type the three letters cmd in the search box.

  4. press on Ctrl + Shift + Enter

  5. click on "run as Administrator".

  6. type the following commands and press ENTER after each:
  net share
  (to see a list of all actions)
  NET share "DData" / delete
  (to remove this part)

  Start with the computer system software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.

  Go to the drivers & downloads , enter your service tag, and then select your operating system. Under applications, you can find Dell QuickSet.

• I can't get a wireless connection.

  This is going to be long so bear with me. I moved to a new location, a few days ago and got Warner from time to set up my internet cable sometime after I moved. It has set up and the modem worked perfectly, I was able to get online.

  After he had left I took my wrt54g router I used in my previous House and hung and it worked only when the cable was attached to my laptop. When I unplugged to use the laptop in the living room or when I tried to connect another laptop wireless I got it wouldn't connect.

  You should searh for your wifi network at home and connect your printer and the laptop to the network. Direct WiFi option is really only for configurations that do not have a modem/router.

  You may need to disable the option Wireless directly on your printer to help the wireless configuration.
