  I bought at TechSoup (a company that makes the software available at reduced prices to nonprofit, through donations from technology companies), and it worked fine on my old computer.  I have the disks.  I got a new ASUS computer that does not have a disk drive, so I have to download the software, following the instructions of TechSoup (I have a serial number).  I tried to download using Firefox (failed) and then (failed) Chrome.  Using Firefox, when I received instruction click on the files to download a blank screen is displayed; nothing else happens.  I loaded Firefox NOT to block popups.  In Chrome, when I received instruction click on the files to download, it opens a window which has nothing to do with the download.  I turned off my computer and restarted more than a few times.  Help!
