Once I saw my program PASSES the bar of 42%, I knew that they fixed. They will still open the program to ensure that it properly installed. If you highlight the contact on the Adobe site, answer a few questions and then click on NEED of EXTRA HELP. Then connect to the chat. TOTALLY FREE! And you just sit back and watch everything they do, for about an hour. How long approximately it is. But they know what they're doing for sure. As I said, I tried all the available on websites, forums, chats and connect them directly to my computer support, IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKED they are awesome if you get someone who knows what they're doing, unlike only one, that I had later in the night, which had no idea. I've disconnected and got another person, which sets the creative cloud. Now the rep just fixed and installed InDesign. Save yourself the extra stress as if I was, because I was so frustrated! They are awesome

  If you use Internet Explorer, so let us try the following steps to enable downloads and check if it works for you.

  a. close the Internet Explorers.

  b. Click Start, type inetcpl.cpl in the search option and press ENTER.

  c. click on the Security tab.

  d. Select Internet, then click on the custom level button.

  e. scroll down to the downloads category. Under file download the Enable value.

  f. click Ok, apply and then Ok to save the changes.

  g. now check if you are able to download.

  You can have removed access to the WMP 12 but you don't have to 'remove' (assuming that you do not live in some regions of the EU or Southeast Asia).

  It's not how you install fonts.

  You need to install fonts in windows. Photoshop uses fonts from windows.

  1. In Windows XP, choose Start > Control Panel
  2. Double-click the file fonts.
  3. Choose file > install new font.
  4. Locate the fonts you want to install.
  5. Select the fonts to install. To select more than one font, hold down the CTRL key and click each font.
  6. To copy fonts in the Fonts folder, make sure that the checkbox copy in the Fonts folder fonts is selected.
  7. Click OK to install the fonts.

  I got a Vista Service Pack 2 downloaded a notification and is ready to install.  I have also received notification of other updates in the past which have been downloaded and ready for installation, but I chose not to install.

  • These downloads occupy disk space?
  • If so, can I delete to free up additional disk space?
  • I'm on a laptop with only 1.5 GB of free space after the disk compression.  A real problem.

  I don't think it's a good idea to run Wista without installing SP2 and all the essential and important updates - but the decision is yours.  Here's how to delete downloads prior to installation if thay have not already installed it.

  Stop the automatic updates service

  Click Start, choose Run (or type it in the search field).
  In the run box, type services.msc.
  Click OK.
  Right-click the automatic updates service.
  Click on stop.
  Stopping the service will take a moment.

  Delete the content of the download folder
  Click Start. Choose run.
  In the run box, type %windir%\SoftwareDistribution
  Click OK.
  Open the download folder.
  Delete all the contents of the download folder (or just update you do not want to install)
  Close the window.

  Start the automatic updates service
  Click Start. Choose run.
  In the run box, type services.msc.
  Click OK.
  Right-click the automatic updates service.
  Click Start.
  Starting the service will take a moment.

  By removing the contents of the download folder - you have removed the downloaded updates (or those you selected).
