I right click, get the drop down menu but nothing works. I can't open a blank tab or windwo as when I want to go somewhere again without closing windows I opened. The only way I can access a new tab is if I go to my favorites and open one then use this screen to go where I wanted to go. I had to switch to Google Chrome to perform tasks, line I need do it online, but it doesn't let me do a lot of what I want.

  The Ask toolbar is initially in the version of Firefox 3.6.13. Obviously something in this extension is not compatible with a Firefox security patch. Disable this extension or uninstall it.

  And why you can t open the .avi file? Do you have a Pinnacle Studio error message or what is exactly happening?
  Maybe you need to reinstall Pinnacle software

  2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  3. only happens with the facebook site?

  4. do you have security software installed on the computer?

  Check if the problem persists on all other sites as well.
