  What happens when you try?  Make sure you drag the icon image and not the text of the name.

• I can't open Gmail message when using Firefox, although I can with Chrome. New problem.

  All of a sudden I can't open Gmail messages if I'm in Firefox. The Inbox comes with all the titles of message, but when I click on any one of them I just get the title with an empty window below.

  Thanks Yorknyc! Trying to reply to or transfer a message has not make visible to me, but I try to print he made! Then I hit like watching a few messages, and then all the problem disappeared. No idea why, but everything just happy to have all my messages visible.

  I FVD Speed dial and Eversync installed on my Windows 7 laptop which I use for ages now and never had any problem. One of my speed dials is for my Gmail account, but I can't get into my email on my laptop which has Windows installed from Firefox or Cyrco 8.1 Although I can do without difficulty using Chrome and Opera. On this same laptop (ongoing enforcement W8) everything speed dials are great - it's only the Gmail that does not work and I get the following message:

  "The page is not redirecting properly".

  Firefox has detected that the server redirects the request for this address in a way that will never end.

     This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."
  

  I tried every simple troubleshooting guide I can find (including going in about: config and make changes there) but nothing works and it seems (from what I've read) does anyone else have this perculiar problem that I am experiencing.

  Gmail is one of the dials speed that I use most, it becomes really frustrating and I love this browser so don't want to abandon it, but if I can't solve this problem I'm afraid I'll have to.

  See the documentation that came with your router. There should be an option to reset to factory conditions. If you can reset back to factory conditions all changes will have been removed and you can start from scratch. This time, however, only the details of your ISP username and password instead of tinkering around with all the input parameters and see what happens.

  I managed to uninstall with REVO Uninstaller. This removed the driver original from the Add/REMOVE program possibly a result.  This then allowed me to install the driver that you recommended to your link above. I ran out of time yesterday to test if the printer has worked with the new download, so I'll have to try again later today to see if it works. I would grab with result.

  Try going to tools | Options in OE and set it as default value for it.  Also in Internet Explorer go to tools | Internet Options | Programs and set as default OE it as well, or click the reset web settings button, if it is present.
