  Sorry, my instructions missed an important point: Please make sure that you open an administrator command prompt. I've updated the steps with the change of "BOLD":

  1. open a command prompt. (In Start menu, find 'cmd', then right click and choose 'Run as administrator').

  2. enter these two lines at the command prompt (copy and paste to make sure they're right):

  "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe creative Cloud\CoreSyncExtension\customhook\CoreSyncCustomHook.exe" - installation - component = CoreSyncExtension

  I just managed to finally download and install cloud creatives desktop on window 8 PC application (after using the cleaning tool Adobe CC), but now the won´t of the app open when I double click on the desktop shortcut or icon.

Um problema Surgiu e peas than formata-lo, ist that quando fomos restore o Creative, ele não funcionava but. Ultimativa tanto o Revo Unistaller quanto o CCleaner e o desinstalador proprio da Adobe (uma vez OS programas não diferem ser desinstalados "usually"). O problema persists. Não abre, even newspaper aquela engrenagem do carregamento tem nem. Nada!

  Most of the Adobe applications runs only on Windows and Mac OS. You can see the system requirements by going to https://creative.adobe.com/products and choose a product. Then choose the system requirements tab. So for Photoshop, you will see:
