  Problem solved. When the hard drive is dead and has been replaced in the laptop computer attached to the printer, the name was changed by technology. Therefore, the default printer will appear in the info from the control panel of the laptop wireless was labeled with the old name.   iCloud drive. But you can transfer files that are supported by an installed application. If you mean specifically MS Word documents, you must install MS Office for iOS.

  The messages on your computer now, you would have to back to yourself, and then they would be on the server.  For the future, go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and check the leave a copy of messages on the server.  Do it with another machine in order to get the messages on both machines.  Then also set one of them to delete messages from the server after a few days, so that they accumulate and fill the mailbox you.
