I'm trying all things, remove programs, etc. I can't do a restore of the system because of my graphic files. Can anyone help?

Your outgoing server is blocked.  You can see here: http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=174.103.207.81 and here: http://help.rr.com/HMSFaqs/e_emailserveraddys.aspx to get the values for your server, or just call your ISP and ask them for information.  Sound with your settings and nothing else.

    Go to file | Identities and install a new identity and add your e-mail account to this identity after checking that you do not have conflicting antivirus (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  See if the account works very well with the new identity.  If this is the case, then go to file | Import | Messages to bring them from the old identity.

    The rejected e-mail address was ' karen.hall@stationcasinos. com'.

    You did your email: there should be no space between stationcasinos and com. Go to tools > accounts > {account}, and then click Properties. Check addresses both the general tab and the tab of servers under the username by e-mail.

    It is the main cause of the error. Using the obsolete parameters as noted Bruce can also cause problems.

    "Crash" is usually caused by interference from a non compatible anti-virus program. What antivirus do you use? At a minimum, email, scanning in the antivirus must be disabled, but maybe it's not enough to eliminate all the bad effects. In the worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled.

    If disable your antivirus e-mail analysis feature does not solve your problem, consider upgrading to Windows Live Mail, because it is less sensitive to the suffering of the ill effects of too intrusive antivirus programs: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

    E-mail analysis in any antivirus must be disabled, for the reasons explained here:

    Have you also checked the authentication option?

    Change the SMTP port to 587 and ensure that: my server requires authentication is enabled.

    I was finally able to solve my problem.  I changed the Port account settings: 25-Port: 587 and it worked.
