  Do not USE the disc... Open it and look for the file "Setup" or "Install"...

  Right-click on it, select Properties, then the compatibility at the top tab.

  In the window that opens, courses down, check for the Compatibility Mode, then select menu Win 7...

  You can also try to download more recent Kodak software\drivers for your model.

  There may be some available specifically to win 8.

  You did changes to the computer?
