I can't uninstall a program because it says, 'another version seems to be installed on my computer.
I'm trying to uninstall a program by going to "Programs and features", but it keeps saying "another version of the program appear to be installed on this computer. I already tried to uninstall will "run, then type"regedit"or"regedit32"and taken the steps it is to uninstall it.» But it always happens in "Programs and features" and still wont let me uninstall it. Any ideas how can I uninstall the program?
