• BlackBerry 10 functions and features can not turn off my Blackberry Protect z10 after changing the password ID.

  My wife's phone was last updated the operating system more recent 10.3.2.   I hope someone can help! I have a friend who is Dell laptop (Inspiron 1720 using Vista, I think than sp2) just started his laptop goes into hibernation mode randomly. He has never encouraged or warned against this hibernation. He has apparently hit the power button to sleep after his party in hiber. mode and press power to turn, but it will still in hibernation mode again and again. He disappeared into his system settings and turned everything forever or off, hes checked it several times and still, it still goes into hibernation mode. It's a little frustrating for him because he cannot yet ask for help, so why I'm here asking for help on his behalf. Its battery is apparently dead and does not have a load more but he has been dead for some time. He tried to run the laptop with the battery but nothing does not change or resolve the issue. can anyone help or suggest? Reformat im thinking is the only option, but he will lose a lot of information without being able to get all of his stuff backed up before his pc will again into hibernation mode

  My suggestions:

  2. to avoid that the computer will "sleep mode" instead:
  Back to the Power Options window > click on change Plan settings > click Exchange Advanced Ppwer settings > scroll multimedia settings, expand it (lick the sign more) > expand when media sharing > plugged in, set it as to prevent idling to sleep > click OK

  Don't know exactly what happened, but the account password for Hotmail/Outlook/MS original was only 7 characters.  Changed the password online, but after the restart, an old still need to connect to Windows 8.  Then it will prompt me later my MS Account password.  Tried to change to Windows 8, but the old password still required.
  Any ideas on how to get the password to change to my first connect to my MS Account password?  I am running Windows 8 Pro with all the updates that are installed on Acer Aspire 5315.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
