  You should check into creative cloud plans to see what it involves.  I don't think there is such a thing as the amaster collection... but the cloud can be a complete coleection...

  I had to reinstall a new operating system on a new drive from XP pro, all the way back to the top for Windows 7 Ultimate 32 - bit of my other installation diskettes that I got for my operating system.  Believe me it was a royal pain reinstall everything again and I had lost so much data... believe me it has taught me to start backing up my files!

  You downloaded the two files? A .7z (6.2 GB) file and an .exe (1 MB) file?

  You double-click on the .exe file, and then follow the prompts.

Unfortunately, after the opening DNG Converter does not show the RAWs in the folder that I could choose for the conversion, the file on the camera is as 'empty' folder on the computer where I transferred the RAWs for. What's wrong? I tried the DNG Converter 9.0 and 8.7, but the same effect with both versions... I use Windows 7 SP1, Intel i5, Nvidia GeForce GT 440 mCore, if this can help...

  You do not select the photos, you select the folder containing the pictures and the converter to act on the entire folder.

  The simplest solution would be to install the free Adobe Reader to view PDF files.

  Acrobat is included in the Collection of the master and is now the default PDF viewing application. From Acrobat, I believe, will start the countdown to the trial.

  But to be fully functional, if you don't need all of the trial right now, you can go ahead and uninstall it.

  And to win extra time, install individual trials of products according to your needs. Don't forget that you can try a product only once on a machine.

  The problem was resolved after the contacing.

  Download http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/creativesuite/cs/win/ApplicationManager6.2_all.exe fixed the problem.
