I can't use the product because the creative cloud desktop application will not be installed.

Windows 8.1. I could download the ambient light, but the site creative Web, when I click on download, nothing happens.  I was able to get off the .exe to load the file for the creative clouds... It seems to download and install with the questions until the end, he said "something happened", and a link to support.  So, I put in most of the time tonight to do repair and there is no support. I'm tempted to give him up, or if I uninstall all remnants of adobe, I bet it would install well.  Y at - it an app that does a total of adobe one install for leftovers that causes this?  My fire wall and the permissions are checked.  has crossed the whole double checking my account.  My password was stolen not etc.

    Adobes help seems to be missing a little. All users you suggest a solution? I have considered a total uninstall and reinstall, but I am reluctant to go down this path blindly.

    After migrating to a new computer (Mac Book Pro running OS 10.9.4) I can't run any of my creative cloud apps. When I try to start, I get a prompt to download and reinstall the Application Manager.
