I can't with my credit card, narrow band and need to know how to get a new one.

I LOST THE USED CREDIT CARD EVERY MONTH FOR THE SERVICES OF "NARROW BAND"... HOW I YOU KNOW I'LL GET A NEW CARD AND I'LL TELL YOU THIS NUMBER ASAP?

I LOST THE CREDIT CARD THAT YOU RELOAD AUTOMATICALLY EVERY MONTH FOR THE SERVICES OF "NARROW BAND", AND THEY TOLD ME TO PUT A HOLD ON THE CARD TO SEE IF SOMEONE WOULD TRY TO CHARGE TOP SO THEY COULD CATCH AND IF NOT, I MIGHT TAKE THE HOLD IT AND THEY SENT ME A NEW CARD OR SEND A NEW CARD WITH A NEW NUMBER... YOU TRIED TO LOAD MY CARD SEVERAL TIMES AND YOU KEEP to SEND ME ON MY e-mail, BUT I don't KNOW HOW TO LET YOU KNOW what HAPPENED OR WHEN I GET THE NEW CARD.
