I am writing here, I had no money on my card when Adobe wanted to process payments for 2 products that I bought and I have to pay on a monthly basis. I received an e-mail with "Unable to process your Adobe Creative Cloud payment" and that I should update my info, my info is the same. I'm just not the amount of money that adobe needed to process the payment.
Can you please let me know how to proceed?

Problems with creative photography of Cloud payment plan confirmation
Hello, I plan photographer creative photography of Cloud (a year, paid in advance). I did the prepayment on 16 June 2016 for the period ending June 16, 2017. But every time I open Lightroom or Photoshop, I receive the informational message that "there is a problem with the payment creative photography of cloud... Please verify your payment in your account management... If a problem is not solved up to the period of time creative photography of cloud will stop working. "I checked and see that the payment transaction has been processed successfully, I see the invoice number, transaction number, etc.. I don't understand what should I do to avoid problems with the close days of work in Lightroom or Photoshop.

Creative cloud payment problem
I am buying the annual student creative cloud and it seems not be soon. I put in all my info and press on confirm and for less than a second a payment processing window opens, and then reload the web page and I'm back to the page where is said to confirm the payment. I didn't get e-mails on the transaction. I tried with paypal and credit card and it will go through. The web page keeps reloading and bringing back me to the confirmation page. I don't know what to do.

I received an email indicating that I should update my payment information to continue to use my membership. When I did this, following the instructions in the email, I found no page "Edit payment details. You have an option to purchase dealer who will provide a key card, and you can use it on Adobe.com to start your annual subscription.

Can I pay in advance for my creative cloud membership?
You can pay in advance for a year of subscription when purchased by a retailer or etailer (like Amazon). This gives you the same price as the purchase of an annual plan directly from Adobe, but you pay in advance instead of monthly.

So I have been with Adobe for a long time, and I signed up for Creative cloud really early...
My payment history all the way back since July 29, 2014 until today.
Each month, since that time, Adobe has done to pay my account PRECISELY $21.39 $ as I was, am, and will be a student for the next couple years...
Now, since July 28, 2015, my account has started to charge me 32,09 USD, which is madness.
So now, I have to pay $385,08 per YEAR for the use of creative cloud...
So my question is... is - that supposed to be this way? Why have I not received a single letter from Adobe? That is what it is?

Some general information for a subscription of cloud
Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work
