Where are you seeing this in emails (http://www.apple.com/legal/more-resources/phishing/), on your credit card statement?

Have you looked at your accounts buy stories: see your purchase history in iTunes store on Mac or PC - Apple Support ? If you are an Organizer from family to family sharing also check the accounts of the members of the family.

    I put in place the trial using the SMS activation, Telstra sent me, on my AppleID.

    Since then, every month I get charged $11.99 per iTunes store for individual membership of Apple's music.

    I went to the 'Report A problem' section, but the purchases are not listed. However, they are in my purchase history in iTunes and on my bank statement. They take the money.

    The worst thing is, I have disabled the service a few months ago (as Spotify is much better in my opinion) and they are still charging me.

    I can't find any resolution or thread to cover this - is there is direct phone and E-mail, you can request such requests to? If it continues, Apple will charge me $ 288 for something that I accept to pay for, and I do not use more than 2 years.

Those beginning with i (isass.exe) is a virus/Trojan, but Windows users can easily confuse for the very important security process, lsass.exe (starts with a tiny, lucky L). And Yes Win32.exe is a browser hijack program that will continue to take charge of your browser home page.

    This seems to indicate that the charger has actually been detected as a device, but Windows can not work it out.

    Normally such a device should only connect to 5v and 0v pins and have no connection with the pins of data, in this way, that it will not be seen by Windows. I would be concerned by the quality of the device if it has some form of data connection. If you want to continue with this charger, that I would recommend to use a power supply of 5v USB instead of risking the USB port of the laptop, a lot less expensive if it does not.     I was using an old copy of Firefox v28 I hate the new version that they removed the major part of the 'goodies' we liked.  Adobe/Firefox started to complain and stop Flash when browsing and ask me to hit more buttons to continue and start charging Flash.

    I finally had enough so upgraded Firefox to v35 because somewhere who was recommended as my browser was "obsolete." But Flash and the warnings stop does not stop with the update.

    So I uninstalled Flash if she was still installed, downloaded a new copy of Adobe's Flash and tried to install.  It was last week and I still can't get it to complete the installation.  I get the 'RUN' then it stops and crashes.  The task manager says it has memory allocated but no CPU usage.

    I repeated this process SEVERAL times with rotation on or off firewall, power of the anti-virus, etc. and still nothing.

    Someone at - he a clue as to why?

    I've been running Windows 10 during approximately 8 months and a few times it might start slowly. It has never been a huge problem until today. Today when I started my laptop startup has been slow but allowed me to identify (slowly) and as my office has tried to load just stops. My background appears as well as the start (which aren't accessible) bar but no icons and my cursor has the blue loading circle. I turned off and restarted several times and a couple tries the icons appeared however it stops and I'm stuck with continuous blue loading cursor. How can I fix this?
