  Cannot create the folder means that you don't have WRITE permission for this folder. Then... change your permissions.

  Most of the time that what happens when people change their email address main apple id without first signing in iCloud on their phone - the phone remains signed with the old e-mail address.   El Capitan is a bit fussy about safety. Try

  Finder > go > connect to server...

  and enter the address of the server explicitly in the dialog box that appears.

  Use the Windows key + R on the keyboard or click on start, select run.
  In the run box, type services.msc
  Click OK.

  Make sure that the Security Center service is enabled and started.
  Probably, you will need to click Start to start the service.
  The Startup Type should be automatic.  The status should be started.

  Let me know what happens. If the problem persists, it may be that there are residual questions of the malware infection.

  Are there settings of the Proxy Server on your machine (it probably should not be)?
