I deleted the files in computer music but they always appear in the media player library. When I try to remove/delete, nothing happens. run convenience store and he said that my library is corrupt. How can I fix it? I want to just erase all the library song! They do not even play because I already deleted files from computer!

Hello

1st solution of Tim De Baets:

"You probably need to reset the library to get rid of the files in the library. Note firstly reset the library will make you lose all play counts and ratings too. Then, follow these steps:

-Restart the PC.
-Click Start, type services.msc in the search field and press ENTER. In Services, locate the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service . If its status is started , double-click the service, and then click stop .
-Click Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft in the search field and press ENTER. This folder opens in Windows Explorer.
-In this folder, rename the folder Media Player as Old Media Player . If you do not see the folder, then it is probably hidden. Set Explorer to view the hidden files and folders and show protected system files.
-Launch WMP, your library will have been reset and will be rebuilt. »

  • M4a and M4P files don't show in the Media Player library

Original title: display music files m4p in medial Microsoft Reader library

My Itunes Music Library contains 1400 songs, my Media Player library shows only 20% of people.  Seems that m4p and m4a files do not show in the Media Player library.

WMP 11 is not supported with built-in support for M4P and M4A (MPEG-4 audio) files. For the support of library and the tag for the latter, you need to install the plug-in in WMP Tag Plus .

Note that M4P files are protected against copying, if WMP will probably not be able to read them.

  • Media Player: I can't find a way to create a burn list, because the music does not appear in the media player library

    Hi all

I loaded music from a USB key for the 'my music' folder in the document library, even though I can play music through media player, I can't find a way to create a burn list, because the music does not appear in the media player library - can you please help?

    Thank you

    Yvonne

No need to copy and paste.  Simply add the folder that contains the music files to the library in this same dialog box.

  • Cannot add files/folders to the Media Player library

Hello.  New user of Windows Media Player (WMP) here.  Using Vista business so I think I have Media Player 11.

I have MP3 (converted M4a format) files on an external hard drive.  WMP will play them very well, but I can't seem to add them to the "library".  I tried to manually add the folder to the external hard drive, these files are in the folders that WMP scans to add items.  When I press 'OK', WMP seems analysis this folder added (it shows some 3 000 scanned files), but it only shows nothing added to the library.

I cannot rip from CD for this external hard drive and WMP looks ID, create folders and copy the songs to the disc hard drive very well (AND add them to the library very well).  But I can not "RIP" these MP3 files anywhere... "RIPPING" seems to be only for the files on CD and the computer.

I must be missing something simple!  Is it possible to add these existing MP3 files to my library?

    Thank you!

Your library has probably been corrupted, so it needs to be reset, by following the instructions for WMP 11 Vista at http://zachd.com/pss/pss.html#medialibrary . Note the reset of the library will make you lose all the counts to play and possibly ratings too.

After the reset of the library, add the folder music on the external hard drive to the list of WMP watched folders.

  • Remove styles, but they always appear in style sheets

    I use RH9 on XP 32-bit.

I am able to access the function delete styles, Styles and formatting in pod and right clicking the CSS style sheet and choose edition. However, after I deleted a style, the option appears again in the style sheet. It is worth noting that when you choose the second option, change the spreadsheet of the pod project manager, the option delete is no longer available. But in both cases, you can always choose the style and apply it to the text.

I'm trying to remove some of the default styles in the template to create a custom template for the job: heading 2, heading 3, etc.. I don't know if this has anything to do with it. I don't want foreign styles in the worksheet that I created for our company, it adds confusion.

Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.

    Douglas

    Hello

In addition to Peter's response: RoboHelp expects that the heading styles are available in the style sheet. If you do not have h1 - h5, RoboHelp adds just returning.

  • Open the Media Player library

Hi, I assume that after an automatic update, my media player has recently begun opening in playing instead of the library, where it is used to. I did a ton of research and it seems most people want to open as read in class, but I did not. Is it possible to change this, maybe in the registry or something? I looked but can't see it. I tried the trick to change the target to the library in the properties, and that did not help.

Then, one of the few things left, is that it is caused by an external program. Disable all programs that start automatically the driver, reboot and start Windows if the problem persists. For more information, see instructions provided by Microsoft to perform a clean boot . Tim Baets

  • BlackBerry Q10 half of my music files are not appearing in the media player

I have a Q10 and have some music on it recently. The problem is that only 3-6 random pieces appear in each album. If I use the file manager, I can see them there and the phone can read files in this way however they do not show in media player, even in a search. I have...

tried to re-marking of media files.

    delete tags in multimedia files.

    I did a battery pull,

    I did a reset,

    I took the sd card,

    deleted from the sd card

and I tried a different version of the media such as mp3, wma, wav...

and the same thing guard again. I used a program of re-marking of the media and made each album still under same tags, the album art and all so I find it strange that some songs on the album appear and others not. Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

I'm adding files on my SD card via mass storage copy and paste.

    Hello

    It could be the cache.

32 GB memory cards or less, Yes, it is FAT32
If your memory card format is a 64 or 128 GB, exFAT.

If you want to, try to copy all your files, (do not copy the BlackBerry system such as files .crypt files) format the card and copy again.

  • Unable to see the new files from the external hard drive in Windows Media Player library

    Original title: music is dead

Windows media player does not recognize my external hard drive on all my computers windows 7, but works fine on my xp. has taken the laptop shop they led produced songs media player then reinstalled them, and it worked. but when I added more songs on the ext. harddrive and tried to play on windows media player 7 it does not find new! can't afford to take to the store whenever I have download music and want to play on my Media Player 7. is it auto recognition? When I plug the ext. harddrive inside automatically so reads the news on it?

    It has been fixed thought

I had posted a question on my Ext. harddrive, my windows xp Media Player recognizes new music I have add out of it, but all my computers which are used to windows 7. then I myself especially when I add the new music on the hard drive for media playyer on xp I have spend the toolbar and click on file, then click Add to library computer search and it adds to the media player library. but windows 7 does not have this option. I noticed if you click file, and then manage libraries, and then the music lets me add my Ext. harddrive (e drive) to the library list. on a computer it support of new music and videos found on the hard drive, on two computers it just music, so I downloaded a song and a video on the hard drive, plugged into the computer and media player says that it has been updated of library, and yet there they never found the new files. Why have they changed? XP was so easy. new is not always better!
