I did not receive a message confirming the reset password

I tried to reset my password synchronization. When I filled out the form, I got the message "we sent a code to reset the email address that we have on file for you. Please use it within 6 hours, or it will become invalid. ", but I got no message on my mail



Can you please confirm that your problem is solved, I don't see a confirmation email.
