• Div changed on the site and now everthings gone crazy!

  Hello, I am relatively new to Dreamweaver and make my first website.

  The problem I have is that I ran my model through a site file to check the errors/warnings in the HTML code. Once I did it I found a div (which can be found below) which was not fenced (< / div >). After I shut down my site went a little crazy. I recorded the model without realizing the effect he had but now all navigation and logo has moved to the right and when I remove the modify navigation and logo to go back to normal and then shortens the footer and the décor of the foot of page moves.

  Not sure if the problem is with the div or maybe something completely different which needs fixing, so I'll post both code specific div and also any HTML page to help get a clearer picture.

  On some pages, you have a foot wide, and on the other, you have a narrow foot.

  Removal of the div tags is almost never a good solution for a validation code error.  Obviously that div has served a purpose and should come back into play.  More than likely, something above this div was causing the error.

  Compare the code in a page to work with a non-working page to find your mistakes.  It's the best way to learn what hurts you.
