  I cnanot be being specific, because I don't know your OS or the graphics card, but I can say that this can probably be corrected by control panel - display - advanced settings, and then click the tab for your graphics card.   You do not tell us your version of Windows, but try right-clicking on an area empty desktop, screen resolution , and then click a higher screen resolution. See also:

  Try pressing Ctrl + Alt + TOP Arrow Keys (or one of the other Arrow Keys).

  If this does not work, right-click on the empty desk > graphics > Rotation.

  3 ways to recover...
  (1.) the easy way, if you're lucky:
  Right click on the task bar > click Properties > at the top, click on Notification area > can you put a check mark on the network? If so, you're done.

  If it is unclickable.

  Note: Depending on the version of Vista you have, use the method two or three.

  You put block images and other external content under Tools | Options | Security in OE?  If so, then uncheck this option and reopen mail or hit the answer button and then must show the image.  You can also contact the sender and ask that she be sent again.
