I don't get an email from a user known to me. It is not in my blocked list and not in the junk e-mail folder. what technique should I use to solve this problem?
I have a known user that I have been to send/receive email from him for many years. now, I don't get the emails sent to me. If he is using my gmail account, email is sent to thunderbird, and I see the email with gmail address in my Inbox. His e-mails addressed to my sbcglobal address are not in my Inbox, or in my junk e-mail folder. I did not block lists, but I use Spam Assassin. is there a technique to solve this problem? It is the only email address that I don't get.
Connect to your sbcglobal email by using your browser and see if they are put in a spam folder before Thunderbird never the chance to see it.

Thunderbird does not use the term Spam and I do not believe that it delivers any form of Spam report. It can receive one issued by your email provider. I sign in to your account to your web e-mail providers page and check their spam folder to see what is there.

I guess you have a pre existing account using the POP Protocol, that not only downloads the contents of the Inbox.
Hotmail, Live, MSN, Outlook dot com now support IMAP which is a synchronized messaging service, changes in one are reflected in the other.
File menu (alt + F) > New > existing e-mail account and add your account to the Thunderbird again. Make sure you have "account type selected IMAP and your all synchronized will.
If it's like my account, your IMAP e-mail account will come with a subfolder under the pop called deleted folder that contains all mail I have downloaded in the past years.
If you right-click your \new IMAP account in the folders pane on the right immediately after you create it and choose to subscribe you can unsubscribe from this folder if you don't see it

This is a known bug in Acrobat. The conversion of PDF to Office documents was never designed to deal properly with the languages from right to left like Hebrew, Arabic and Farsi. There is no work around at this point.

This looks like a problem with your printer, not Microsoft Windows. Try the following:
-Remove the ink cartridge and check it for damage. Replace if necessary.
-Try to use a new cartridge; the contacts on the old can be damaged.
-Maybe your paper is too thin or absorbent. Try a different paper brand.
-If no other solution doesn't work, the problem is probably the printer itself. You may need to replace it. (You don't need to do unless nothing else works)

It is sometimes difficult to determine whether a problem is caused by the equipment do not operate according to the manufacturer's specifications.
