  I see that you add a VPN connection using IKEv2, but you do not have the remote ID. I know it's important to be able to set up a virtual private network, you can connect using your iPhone. I'm happy to help you with this.

  Thanks for this info and choosing the communities Support from Apple. I know how important is able to complete your update to El Capitan at a later date! The good news is that you can simply delete the "install Mac OS X" install app in the Applications folder on your Mac. Then you can open the Mac App Store when you're ready to update and restart the download from the tab updates or searching through the Mac App Store for El Capitan.   Yes, in private browsing mode, all cookies are session cookies that expire automatically if you close the session in PB mode.

  To be honest, I'm not sure.  But since no one else took stabbed again, I have some suggestions.  The simplest thing is to first try a restart early / forced:

  Maybe it is not because no one is in your list of VIP.  Tap the Mail icon and see if VIP appears there and if someone is included in your VIP list by clicking on the symbol of the info here.  Just a thought.
