  If you are unable to retrieve your serial number and the installer through the links provided by John, you can contact customer service via chat. Cat representatives are unable to technical troubleshooting for older software like Acrobat 9, but they can get your serial number or answer questions about licensing.

  Are you facing any problem with your graphics card, video, or your screen resolution?

  As Alien Autopsy Global System Tests showed you the error, I suggest you to get tap dell JDM for more support asiistance if you have any problem with Yon graphics/video card or screen resolution.

  For your information: once you uninstall your graphics card drivers, windows has its own built-in drivers that will automatically charge the generic drivers. If in case it does not load you can search the hardware changes, this will probably load the generic drivers.

  Please follow these steps:

  Launch Adobe Creative Cloud and go to the APP and check if it is said cc Lightroom 2015 up-to-date or not.

  If he told his day and still you do not see the Dehaze option, then please disconnect the creative cloud and reconnect you and then check if there is another available or not for Lightroom CC 2015 update and refresh it.

  And if you don't get the option uninstall Dehaze and always reinstall Lightroom CC Creative cloud himself and check Lightroom for the feature.
