  You are unable to download any version of Windows.  You must contact the computer manufacturer that built your computer and install Windows 2000 on it to see if you can get a copy of their share.  I highly doubt you will be able to because Windows 2000 is entirely not taken in charge since 2005.

  It is well known problem UAC (User Account Control) in Windows 7 that prevents you from storing data in system folders. You have these options:

  • Change the database so that it stores its files in a different folder.
  • Get a 7-compatible Windows version of the program.
  • Turn off UAC (not recommended)

  Program Files is a protected directory. If possible you create the working folder for the data in your user account instead. Is it possible in the options of the program the program in a directory of your user account?
