  Thank you for reaching out to the communities of Apple. I definitely want to have my Apple music in correct language so I want to know what I'm listening. You want to first try to reboot your device and to force the closure of the music app. If those who do not resolve the problem, you can try a few resets. If you do not already have a backup, please make a backup of all your data in iTunes or iCloud.

  Next, we want to reset all settings.

  Reset all settings: tap Settings > general > reset > reset all settings. This resets all settings including the Wi - Fi networks and passwords, cell settings, VPN and the parameters that you used before APN, Touch ID and a password, any installation of cards in Apple pay and removes the restrictions. • Identityservicesd is ruining my computer and I don't know how to turn it off?

  After I installed El Capitan, I noticed that my macbook was overheating even if I didn't do something on this issue. I looked into it and found identityservicesd use almost 100% of my CPU and everytime I try to force leave he comes back.

  You must back up all data you want to keep, if you follow these instructions or not. This includes data on the external hard drive. All what is not saved will be lost later. If you can afford a Mac expensive luxury, then you can afford about US $50 for a big enough to backup all your files from USB hard drive. What you can not afford is a $10.000 + data recovery after a disk with no failure backup.

  Clear the cache and delete cookies only from Web sites that cause problems.

  "Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > advanced > network > content caching Web: 'clear now '.

  'Delete Cookies' sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > privacy > "Use the custom settings for history" > Cookies: "show the Cookies".

  If the deletion of cookies did not help, then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies has been corrupted.

  • Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete the other files of cookies as cookies.sqlite - journal in the profile folder of Firefox in the case where the cookies.sqlite file has been corrupted.

  Let us know how it turns out after that Geek Squad is done with your computer. Since there are other issues past with your computer, that they could have connected HP Smart Print issues as well.   What you are investigating your pc with?  What anti virus?

  Some malware knows how to avoid the standard as applications McAffee, Norton and Kaspersky, Avast.

  To be absolutely sure, you may have to reset it to the factory or clean install.  Make sure that you have a backup first.

  Just install and activate it.  If you need to download the installation files, you can do so on the link below.
