  You must have installed a Windows 7 64-bit driver (if it exists)
  for this. Do you have? Otherwise, navigate to the web site of the camera

  If you subscribe to the Acrobat Pro DC program then please try to run the cleanup tool "Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs" on your machine to remove all traces of Acrobat.

  If it's a Windows machine, you can find it through the computer option in the start menu.  Open the interface and, select System Properties.  You should be able to find the information.
