  Hmm, well I've never heard of Gigabyte WLAN cards and I don't know laptops that are equipped with these cards.

  I checked Toshiba Web site and some Satellite A30 models shipped with a card Atheros and Intel WLAN. So, I recommend buying a those manufactures wireless network card.

  This icon is the icon of your network. You don't say what kind of network you are using. However, I will give you an example.   IAM having a problem to update my adapter wireless on my Lenovo Ideapad y500. I was able to download the right one. CAB file but when I use the Device Manager to manually point to this driver, it says that it cannot find. Windows uses 8. I don't know what information you need more to help me.

  You need to download a different file. See the image with the driver wifi Atheros for win 7 and win 8 below. They are all the exe files. The photo in your first post is to the ethernet adapter not the wireless adapter

  2. A set of PNG with transparent backgrounds of different sizes (something like 100px, 250px, 500px, 1000px wide)
  3. A set of .jpg in various sizes (something like 100px, 250px, 500px, 1000px wide)
  4. And now a .svg and .pdf file

  Once again it all depends on what the customer wants it, but once you have furnished with everything that they are able to use it for the most part.

  I have 3 ESX 3.5 Update 3 and a VC 2.5 update 4.  I've updated an ESX for release 3.5.0 153875. I've also updated the customer vlmware on each virtual machine on the esx server. When I restart the machine virtual (Linux Redhat 5.2 or Windows 2 K) or Windows2003, I cannot ping the vm for +-5 minutes from my pc, but it works if I do a ping to a virtual machine in the same vswitch. If I disable/enable the network device, I can ping directly.

  If I remove the vmware-tools I can ping directly after a reboot...

  Very strange.  Try to use a different type of NETWORK adapter, enhanced vmxnet and see if you see the same behavior.  There may be a bug with the latest version, and if the problem persists, you can open a SR with vmware.
