I don't remember my password for my computer laptop windows 7

I forgot my password on my computer laptop windows 7. It is a small laptop, so there isn't a disc compartment. I can't buy a floppy disk or a usb at the moment flash drive either. I was hoping there is a way to recover or change my password?

No, the only way to recovery will involve your booting from the Windows installation disc * [this can be done on a 4 GB USB DRIVE, but you would need access to another PC to make].  The only other way would be to restore the factory settings

If you have an existing 4 GB USB, you can save the files to somewhere else and then perform the recovery and then reformat the USB key to put your old files on it when you are finished.

[* If you have an optical drive, you could do a disc repair system instead.]  If you know someone who has Windows 7 (32 bit, I guess that, in your case - it must be the same as yours) so that he could do a disk system repair & transfer it on a USB key which must only be 406MB or maybe a little less.  The instructions for this are also in the link below.]

If get you your hands on a USB and then see the instructions of the guide to recovering lost password Windows 7 Home Premium account user, can't connect, connection problem

Him begins the article with some basic steps you can take and then work upwards through more complicated methods where the easiest do not solve the problem. Please read the intro, but I think it will be the 8 method which solves your problem. Follow the precautionary measures later in the thread as well.

You could be up & running again within an hour, probably less.

If you have any questions, post it here; I'll keep an eye on your question.
