  I don't know if the last suggestion, I did worked or not, but you can try the (drop-off and allowing Web Services and Restore Factory Defaults) because they are relatively easy to make from the front of the printer.

  I find using the names of standard icon to be too stressful, I can never remember what size small icon. Instead, I appoint the icons after their size, and ADT takes care to give them the names of right in the IPA. I see in your short list that you can miss some sizes.   If they do not appear in the MAA, it means that they don't are not supported on your system. AE, first etc. require a 64-bit operating system, which you don't seem to run on.
