I don't want a password on my iPad. How can I delete?

I have no need of a password on my iPad.  Having to enter it everytime I open my iPad is a serious trouble.  This feature can be disabled?  If so, how do you?

Settings > Touch ID & password (or access code, depending on the model). Enter your secret code. Turn off Unlock iPad.

Note that, without a password, if you never lose your iPad or stole or even if you just left around where someone could he pick up, they have access to all your data, including any email you have on the device.
