I discovered this morning that when I reinstalled Adobe Audition CS6 following a reinstall of my OS several weeks ago creative cloud was also installed without my knowledge. I do not use creative cloud, and when I tried to run the program to uninstall creative cloud, I was told I couldn't because there are applications on my computer that required it.
This is not true. I had been using hearing for several years without creative cloud. And - to my knowledge - the only other Adobe apps on my computer are Adobe Reader and Flash player plugins, etc.
Then I logged on my Adobe account, whereupon I was informed that Adobe Creative cloud could not be used on my computer because my operating system does not support.
Really? This leads me to ask, then, why - if Adobe thinks he knows my computer and my needs well enough to install software without my consent - it install an application that was not compatible with my operating system... and then tell me that I couldn't uninstall it because several applications required it?
I like Adobe Audition. But there are other audio apps out there I could go to in a second, from companies that are not so arrogant as what what they please, with the computers of the users.
Is there something I am overlooking here?
The Creative Cloud Manager replaces what was the Adobe Application Manager - you have not the creative cloud installed as much as you think the management part.
Myself, I just uninstalled as soon as I saw it on my machine I have / did not want to interfere with my machine somehow CC. I'm so without a Manager, but also with less worry about CC with my CS programs.

Outlook Express downloads e-mail messages for the 2nd time which have been read and deleted a few weeks ago. This happens periodically. Repeated messages are usually a week.
Maybe they are still on the server (server of your ISP). Make sure that you don't leave copies of messages downloaded from the ISP server that may cause duplicate messages to download.
It's the only thing I can think of.

I installed the update of Adobe Acrobat reader on my computer a few weeks ago. I couldn't print my documents, new or old. I tried to uninstall the program and re-install and that has not worked. I went to the HP website and from the down loaded the latest printer drivers, and that did not work. I went to tools for the production printing package that reads 'Add' tab. I clicked Add and got a (1-800-915-9430) number to call if I want to pay other services that offer Adobe. I called the number in the hope of getting my answers to the question and that has not worked. I've gotten has been a long wait (1 h) for a person to respond to the call and when they meet a poor service. I went to different forums looking for answers and found my question but not response. The messages I get are: "the document could not be printed" and "there is no page selected. Is there a solution to this problem? The version of window is Win7.

I use an iMac with El Capitan 10.11.3 in my email software, a problem started a few weeks ago. When I answer a mail, or want to send an e-mail, a new empty email opens. No idea how to stop what is happening.
E-mail programs must close and restart. Empty mails are stored under Concepts and should be deleted.
Then a mail can be answered, but with the 2nd mail, the same thing happens again, and an empty mailpage appears again.
Very annoying. Help, please.

The chances of getting the original recovery media for this oldie aren t so good, but for the installation of Windows XP Home edition, you can use Microsoft Original installations CD. I agree with you that the new installation of Windows XP Edition family can offer answers. To do this. Install Windows XP Home clean and please without SP3.

Everything has seemed fine until today, that I'm unable to remove all new emails arriving in my Inbox.Which indicates the corruption of the Inbox, as suggested by Bruce. But it may be that you enjoy other files that are corrupt. You'd be better by clicking file | Identities and establishing a new identity. This will give you a base of messages clean and incompetent. Then you can go to file | Import | Messages and import them from the old identity.
