  Thank you for posting.  It seems that your patch game has not being updated correctly (there was an error).  I suggest you download the patch to install.  You can try to see if there is a stand-alone patch availible for download so that you can patch update your game entirely from your computer and not by the game update program.  This problem has not really much to do with the weather you have Vista or enough ram on your computer.  This is the reason why offer software (games) patches to fix bugs in their software and to fix compatility issues possible.  You can also make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card.

  You can try to disable the Antivirus software temporarily disable firewalls and then try to download.

  Well, we can use additional information regarding your system.  What version of level pack Windows\service are you running?  What is your basic hardware configuration (cpu, ram, video...)?

  However, without this information, there are a few things you can try.  The first thing would be to click with the right button on the .exe for the game file and select run as administrator.  If this does not help, then you can right click on the .exe file and choose the Compatibility tab and set it to an earlier version of Windows.

  ·         You have downloaded the game in Administrator account?

  1. try running the game in Administrator account and let us know the answer.

  2. create a new user profile (for testing) and see if you are able to download.

  Steps to create a new user account

  1. open user accounts by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click user accounts and family safety (or by clicking on user accounts, if you are connected to a network domain), and then clicking user accounts.

  2. click on Manage another account.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  3. click on create a new account.

  4 type the name that you want to assign to the user account, click an account type, and then click create an account.
