  Thanks Anubha Goel, final I got it to work... The serial number in the physical box that you buy in the store wasn't the number for the software.  It was the serial number in the cloud, very difficult to know when you see a serial number in the box with the Cd online.  But thanks for the reply to my post.   Reinstall the correct version for which you are authorized to use another browser.

  This usually happens because there is a script embedded in the file, it does.

  If you have Acrobat, you can remove this script (if the file is not secure), by going to tools - JavaScript - Document JavaScripts and look there.

  There is nothing you can do. You misunderstand how it works. The tests only run once and that's it. Once you have exhausted your 30 days, there is no way to run a trial a second time on the same machine. You will need to buy the software if you want to continue using it.

  Michael at this point, I recommend that you remove Adobe Acrobat by using the Control Panel programs and features.  Once this is done you can then run the cleanup tool http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.htmlAcrobat.  Once you have run the delete please wash all other shortcuts on your desktop and try to reinstall Adobe Acrobat via Adobe Application Manager.

  I checked your account details and I see that you have a valid license of Acrobat, you sure you edit file in Acrobat and not in the reader?
