I downloaded and installed creative cloud with no problems. From the window of creative cloud cannot display the APPS page (while other 'Home', 'Community' can be seen). This is why I can't select the application to be updated. Thanks for your help

  Upgrades need not have the old version installed in order to work properly.  You can remove the old version if you wish.

  With this version of Photoshop, the latest version of Camera Raw, you can use is 6.7. If the update of your Photoshop or by subscribing to the creative cloud is not an option, you can then use the free DNG Converter provided by Adobe. The latest version of the DNG Converter is 8.7.1. I'm not familiar with the Mac OS, so I'm not sure if your OS is compatible with the latest version. You can download it and try it.

  Then navigate to local > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and delete the file " Opm.db".
