  It is possible that you have made some changes in the interface that deleted bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar. Go in view > tools > customize... > Restore Default Set and everything should be back to normal. By this, I mean that your interface will return to its default configurations. You can reconfigure (in the same window) to your liking, after that.

  Otherwise, you should be able to drag the corresponding item in the window in the bookmarks toolbar, but it is perhaps more difficult to accomplish if you are not experienced enough.

  You must set the dataProvider on the dg after completing the dataprovider with data so spend aDg.dataProvider = new DataProvider (myDp); at the end of the dataOnLoad method

You can also open the profile via Firefox help (Alt + H) folder > troubleshooting information > Open the containing folderand the release of Firefox. The file will be recreated the next time you start Firefox.
