I downloaded the latest DNG from Adobe, but it will not read my Canon RAW files. After downloading, I loaded the program and then go to select the folder. When I go to records RAW files aren't there. I used DNG in the past with no problems but I have a new PC and running windows 10 and he would not consider my files RAW Canon cameras for some reason any. What am I doing wrong or it is not compatible with windows 10.

Sorry to say but 12 items came out a few months before your camera. Adobe stops the files updated camera raw for the older editions of software in order to get people to buy new versions of software when they get a new camera. It happened to me with LR3 when I got a new camera.
Work towers there but they are a lot of steps, and I think you would be the conversion of files to one format other than RAW (tiff?) and that I'm not sure that will happen the same.
I think you just need to get a newer items.

In my opinion, everything is up-to-date. CC said I have the latest version. It will be important raws A7rii on the same sd card. You need Adobe raw camera 8.7 version. Unfortunately your software is earlier than the camera. ACR 8.7 is only compatible with PSE13. But it is possible to download and install the free DNG Converter to convert your raw files to the universal Raw format files and Adobe will be open in all versions of PSE (keep your originals as backups and for use in the software of the camera factory)
