  Problems with the drive in Windows may result from permissions problems, or even corrupt corrupted user accounts.

  1. What is the exact error message you get when accessing drive C?

  Method 1: I suggest you to activate the default Administrator hidden on the computer account and check if it helps.

  Try to activate the built-in Administrator account, follow these steps:

  a. Click Start and type cmd in the box start the search.
  b. in the list of search results, right click Guest and then click Run as administrator.
  c. When you are prompted by user account control, click on continue.
  d. at the command prompt, type net user administrator / Active: Yes and then press ENTER.
  e. type net user administrator , and then press ENTER.
  f. Type exit and press ENTER.
  g. disconnect from the current user account.

  Method 2: Try to take ownership of the drive and check to see if the same problem happens.

  a. right click on the drive and then click Properties.

  b. click the Security tab and then click Edit.

  c. do one of the following:

  ·         To set permissions for a user who is not listed under group or user names, click Add, type the name of the user or group, click OK, select permissions and then click OK.

  ·         To change or remove permissions for a user or an existing group, click the name of the user or group, select the permissions and then click OK.

  Please log out of Muse and sign again. Make sure you also apply creative cloud is updated (to check that disconnect from the creative cloud and login again if its not up to date you will be asked to install the update)

  Usually, if there are problems during the pairing process, Windows give you the ability to create your own pairing code. If you choose this option, you don't need to use the code provided with the device.

  Here are some tips if you have problems to enter the pairing of a wireless device code:

  • Make sure the device you're trying to pair with is not off, runs on battery or standby mode (also called "sleep" mode).

  • If you have entered the code for the device, but Windows does not detect that you don't have, you may need to enter the code by pressing a key on the device labeled 'Enter', 'OK', 'Return', or something similar. For some devices, such as mobile phones, you may need to select a menu option to enter the code. If you can't find a button, button or menu option, see the documentation that came with your device or go to the manufacturer's Web site.

  • Make sure that you type the pairing code quickly enough. Usually, you only have 30 seconds before that the device or the computer stops its attempts to pair. The exact duration depends on the device.

If this is the case, and Windows asks you to verify a pairing on the device code, try once again pairing with the device.   • If you're within range of other wireless devices, you might be unintentionally pairing with someone else device (for example, someone is close with the same model of mobile phone). Make sure that you are matching with the appropriate device.

If you see multiple devices with the same name in the add a device Wizard, you can rename some of the devices in the list to distinguish them. To rename a device, right-click, and then click Properties. On the general tab, type a new name, and then click OK.

  • Windows may ask you to verify that the same code appears on your device and your computer. If these codes do not match, or if no code is displayed, you might unintentionally pairing with someone of another device. In this case, Windows may display an incorrect pairing code or no pairing code at all. Make sure that you are matching with the appropriate device.

  • You may need to place some wireless devices in a special pairing mode that allows computers or other devices to connect to them. Most Bluetooth compatible devices enter this mode when they are detectable. Other wireless devices could it must be in pairing mode and is detectable.   Thanks for posting in the Microsoft answers Forum.  Well, you aren't the only one who came empty looking for this error.  I suggest that you perform a clean boot to determine what program is trying to call this dll.

  Start by making sure that the project in logic settings are set correctly - I think that the lexicon only supports 44.1 or 48.

  If it is software used to Setup place the lexicon make sure you that the sampling frequency is set to the same logic.

  Sometimes that power and the lexicon solves the problem...

  If none of the help above - make sure you use a multi-out or comprehensive audio device (OS X)

  Do you by chance have Google Desktop? Some users have reported interference problems in Winodws 7 while using an older version of Google Desktop.
  Try to uninstall it if it exists.

  It's true - you will not engage in any mode with this error and you must type in the EXACT error you see carefully (there are more than that, right?).

  You need to return to the answer that you have marked as 'response' and stand OUT the response of engaged Microsoft Support Engineer 'expert' as the 'response' since it is essentially just another wild goose chase.  A response is not the same as a response.

  Doing so others will allow this look only for unanswered questions to help you.

  I have a problem of the 2 part that has been building.  I get error messages whenever I have try to defragment, & then the Defragmenter stops.  I was just let go of the problem.  But then I noticed that I lost the memory space.  I deleted almost all of the programs that I can, but I still only 277MB of available memory (less than 1%).  I don't know what is using all my hard drive space.  There are only a few programs installed.  I'm also 99% fragmented.  Defrag won't work without releasing the memory of 15%, but even if I HAD the memory, all I ever get is an error message when I try to defragment.  Now, my computer is so slow, it takes about 3 minutes to open a web page.  As it should be obvious, I'm not all that tech savy.  What can I do?
