  You can also get this error message if you have disabled the pagefile (virtual memory), depending on what software you are running may at that time.
  Although not always necessary there are still many programs and games that use the pagefile.
  To set up a swap file:
  Go to control panel > system > advanced system settings > performance >
  Advanced > virtual memory and check the size of the managed system, and then click Set.

  If you want to save space on a SSD, you can also set a
  Custom size with the min and max to 1024MB (2048MB) which should be more than enough for most applications that use a PF.
  You can also set Page files on the other HARD drive if you have more than one.

  Even logged on as administrator, you have not all privileges unless you raise them. This is done to prevent malware to take control of your computer when logged in as an administrator.

  You can check if the complete startup items are checked in the msconfig utility.

  1. open System Configuration by clicking Start , clicking Control Panel, clicking system and security, clicking Administrative Tools, and then double-click the System Configuration.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  2. click the Startup tab and check if all the items are archived there.

  You can also run a bag of security for your computer and check if this solves the problem.

  If the problem persists, turn the computer in clean boot and check if all the background program is causing this error message.
