I get a pop up saying screen... "you want to allow this site to run?" ... CCS. EXE. Microsoft Corporation... How can I remove this pop-up... or is this a virus?

as I'm reading emails and click on an article...  That is to say: New York TIMES, I get this pop-up... asking to "allow" or "do not allow"... I arrive at the article I "allow"or"do not allow"... This has happened for at least two weeks now... How can I remove this pop-up? It is a virus, I ran several scans to check, nothing found... is this a legitimate warning? the pop-up displays a list of microsoft... CCS. EXE.

1. what web browser do you use?

2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

CSC.exe is the executable and related to .net framework c# compiler.

Note: Try the steps only if you are using Internet explorer as your web browser below.

Method 1: Check if Add-ons on Internet Explore are causing the error. I suggest you try opening Internet Explore mode without modules.

(a) click the Start button, click all programs , and click Accessories

(b) click on System Toolsand then click on Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
