I get a warning that says that every so often dcom exploit that appears on the lower right of my screen and I want to know what it is and how to get rid of?

I get a warning too, whenever I go to my email, to send an email, I'm going to my address section click that I send it to, and then when I go to the part of the message of the email, I get this, internt explore has developed a problem and must close. Why is this happening?
