  Finally, I erased the disc & reinstalled the operating system.  The loss of some data, but the problem is finally resolved.  The ONLY solution I could find that actually worked!

  On the inside of the window, you will see different installed versions of the .NET Framework. You should choose & Remove only that versions of the .NET Framework, that fails to deploy every time-for which you receive error code.   Then, restart your computer and manually install the following updates in the order

  Your error message, the problem is probably caused by BIOS or DVD settings or bad cabling to SATA hard drive. Please do the following to narrow down because of the problem.
   
  (a) ensure that all laptops the same hardware, the same manufacturer and the same model.
   
  (b) upgrade the BIOS to the latest version; go into the BIOS and enable "Load Fail - Safe Defaults".
